All of our products are shipped via our fulfilment partners using flat rates that they calculate. Zilla has no influence on the price of shipping. However, we are assured by our fulfilment partners that their rates are internationally competitive. Shipping charges for each order are always displayed upon checkout and will be the final amount you pay as a customer.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Zilla is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Tracking: We offer tracking so you can follow your order until it reaches you. Tracking information will be issued to you via email.
